  I’m building a folding motorbike trailer that will stand up against the wall taking up as little space as possible. I ordered wheels, jockey wheel, mudguards etc from Leisure Mart, quick delivery and well packaged. When I got around to fitting the wheels one was running out of true (buckled), when I phoned them they were surprised but didn’t quibble. As I wanted to order an extra wheel as a spare they sent two with a returns postage label for the buckled one. Red faced I had to ring them and apologise for being a Muppet as the problem was with the hub and I would return one of the new wheels and give them my card details so they could bill me for the return postage. I was thanked for being honest and told me to use the returns label at their cost. Companies this good need promoting, old fashion service in a digital world. If you need anything trailer related this must be the best place to buy from. I’m posting this to all the groups I’m in.
